Two loops on each end to attach to boat. Closing by velcro, which keeps the free end of the rope. No slow opening, tangling, justgrap rope and throw. Velcro keeps the rope in.

For rafters, made for waist belt as well.

Very easy packing rope thanks to zipper on side, which makes the bag bigger and allows to pack and organize your rope insidequickly. Zip up and make the throw bag small again.
